People do some very strange things with their Sims: I found this shot over at TSR. I want one of these things so bad...

Ahhhhhh... the Sims 2. I must say, it's addicting. I use cheats nonstop the entire game, so I know the purists would hate me. Before I got the cheats, people kept burning to death nonstop, and Mac and Bloo were taken away by the social worker. After I started using cheats, everyone is usually in a platinum mood, and the Tombstone of L and D cheat is hilarious. -Marty

I try not to use the cheats anymore than I have to, but I don't regard using them as cheating. A lot of the ones I use are just special effects that add flavor to the game but don't alter my Sims needs or anything like that. I really want that stone idol in the photo above, though. And yes, the game is quite addictive, isn't it?

Well, I REALLY only use the cheats when I'm at my best friend's house. He's obsessed with killing Sims for some reason. I, on the other hand, hold them close and dear to my heart, and freak out if one gets sick. I only use cheats to help them, not hurt them (I almost started crying when my friend killed my Frankie sim while I was taking a bathroom break)... -Marty

Unfortunately the Family Fun Pack caused a lot of performance issues and other problems with many of the users who installed it, so I'm wary of ANY new stuff-packs.

I only have Sims 2 at the moment, but I hope to get some expansion packs for Christmas... And I did smack him upside the head. Actually, I tackled him and then he started whining about me messing up his hair. Idiot. Not quite sure why exactly I socialize with him... But now my Frankie Sim on my computer is doing well. And Goo and Mac are all over each other, which is starting to get frightening (I ACTUALLY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!). -Marty

I never had any problems with it; guess I was one of the lucky ones. Goo might be a possibility, when she becomes a teen, but it's up to them as far as I'm concerned.
