Ya, I hate it when people think that all cartoons are stupid. I watch whatever makes me laugh, cartoons [and the ocasional Seinfield, Seinfield is funny. ;D] make me laugh. I hate it when my sister says I should be watching MTV and shows that kids my age [I'm 15] are "supposed to watch." Excuse me? Supposed to watch? I had no idea there was a law that said 15 year olds are supposed to watch MTV and reality shows. My sister also thinks I should be listing to Hillary Duff and Ashlee Simpson and thinks I should stop listing to Evanescence which she apparntly thinks is "gothic." She won't admit that at one point she liked Evanescence, or, that only a year ago, she was watching Spongebob Squarepants. My sister is the perfect example of a person who will listen and watch things just because everyone else does. Nobody should ever do that, in my opion. If you happen to like something that's popular and lots of other people like it, that's fine. Everybody should watch and listen to whatever makes them happy. And, guess what? Shows like Foster's and bands like Evanescence makes me happy, and noone, not even my sister, can do anything about it. Oh, I better stop posting before this becomes an endless rant about my sister. ;D But, i'd like to end of with this: Foster's rule and I will be a fan of it forever! ;D Yeah, the "trendy" girls in my class watch "Lost", MTV and lots of soap operas. I can't watch "Lost" because I always have courses when it's on TV so I won't criticise that, but all 3 together a day take something like 3 hours; 30 minutes of Foster's make me happy and I still have time to do other things.

I like LOST...I've seen every episode so far! But I'd pick Foster's over LOST any day(sorry LOST!).
Yeah, it annoys me too when people think you should be watching/listening a certain thing at a certain age. It's tyranny! In the word of Bloo: "DOWN WITH TYRANNY! UP WITH...NON-TYRANNY!"

Hmm... where did he say it exactly...? (In Hungarian, maybe, it doesn't come up now...)
I'm 18 and some say I should get serious. But I don't think Foster's and being serious exclude each other.

Aw, I like LOST. Because it makes you think. I'm actually a bit of a freak for the show. Hardly anyone in my school watches LOST.

LOST is great...Charlie(Dominic Monaghan...*daydreams*) is one of my favorite characters. Ecko and Hurley are too. I thought Locke was too, but not sure about that anymore...Not after last episode.

You know...I'm not really sure about Locke now either. I mean, my whole family grew to hate him after the incident with Boone But I decided to still give him a chance. But he just...really, really got on my last nerve in the last episode. Poor Charlie

Yeah, that's exactly how I felt. Though I actually did like him more than most characters... I know...Locke shouldn't've punched Charlie so hard, even though he WAS acting crazy.

Being serious is overrated The world needs to be a bit sillier I think It certainly has worked for the forum recently. ;D But yeah, Mr. Balloon is right, the world needs to lighten up. It's so much easier that way.

I agree that the world has to be more silly. There's no fun in being serious. None at all.

-.^ Seriousness has it's uses...Those uses being to acheive world domination(aided by coffee, Wal-Mart, cell phones and Sudoku puzzles) and even more silliness.

XD But, let's not froget the wonders of insainity that can come out of watching cartoons, or, any sitcom for that matter. That helps take over the world too. Sanity is overated. YAY INSAINITY AND SILLYNESS!!!!!!! ;D

Well, cartoons don't have much affect on most adults, and adults pretty much run the world. So I don't really think cartoons are taking over the world.
CORN!!!
