I must be the only person in the world who *didn't* see that coming! I had no idea she was going to make a scary IF. I'm such a dummy sometimes.

Eh, now I won't know if I would've expected it or not! I haven't seen it yet... Ed's pretty cute...He loves cute things, too. Puppies and such. And potatos. Wilt's still better, though. XD

I adore Ed! I wish they made official squishy Eduardo Beanie Buddies for me to cuddle and lovvve!! Seriously, he's a sweetie. Seems like he would also be a good protector if pushed to be. I also loved the scene in Go Goo Go; while I appreciated the subtle Lovecraft-ness of the monster, I also thought it would have been a little funnier if they hadn't shown it at all-- just left it up to our imaginations. Have Ed run away screaming, have Bloo go in, see whatever IT was, then run out as well. But that's just me. "I liked them before they were cool!"

A giant Edwardo plush would be the coolest thing ever! (however, I'd be content just to get my hands on a little Bloo one.....been searching forever, and I can't ever get one... ) Lovercraft-ness? Nice hehe I havne't seen that episode yet, but it's on at 7:30 on monday here - early start for me, can't wait!

Giant-size? I'd been thinking maybe a foot tall, but I'm definitely liking your idea! ;D

I mean, MASSIVE! ;D
I had this big, bean-bag elephant as a kid (kind of like Baby Paco's big brother...) A big Edwardo would be seriously cool!

Unfortunately, CN doesn't sell Bloo plushies anymore. I'm glad I snatched one around Christmas.
However, eBay sells them sometimes. Except the one I saw was $35.

I didn't see any evidence that Chewy the puppy hated Bloo, although Bloo didn't like the puppies at first, because he was jealous of them. pitbulllady

Know what's hilarious? I come to this thread, and the links up top are to Teddy Bears, Beanie Kids, Collecting Teddy Bears and All the Stuffed Animals. Given Eduardo's love of his little Beanie Baggies that makes me smile way more then it should.
Anyway, can we try to get the topic back to Eduardo? It looks like it's kinda taken a step in another direction all together and that's mighty gosh darned sad.
I like Eduardo mostly since he's the kinda guy you can't help but feel a little sorry for. He's absolutely terrified of so much, but given the opportunity and he'd do anything for his friends. Or improve his stats. Yikes. Brocolli AND attempting to bike wheel through a ring of fire? That's determination.

How about his love of potatoes? Is that a quirk of his own, or something he got from his creator?

It's also funny how Eduardo often is NOT scared of the things you'd expect him to be-like dogs, for example. He was terrified of that cat rubbing against him in "Eddie Monster", but not of a huge slobbery dog that happened to be of the same breed as "Cujo"! He also wasn't the least bit unnerved by all the dramatics of "Challenge of the Superfriends"-just kept right on munching his cereal the whole time! He loves stuffed little animals, but a SOCK on the floor in "Dinner is Swerved" nearly gave him a heart attack(and Wilt a hernia, LOL)!
