Okay so what groups would you put each IF in? For instance, Eduardo would be in the "monster" category...IFs that look like monsters, whether friendly or not. Wilt...would he be considered a monster or a "creature", or even an animal-type, such as Herriman who is obviously a bunny. Coco, who the heck knows...she's a strange one. Bloo...maybe just a "Simple" or "Basic" category, since we have no idea what the heck he is supposed to be, if anything. And obviously some IFs could be labeled as "Human-like", or "Food" when they represent things like pizza or chicken legs. And "Fantasy" for ones like the unicorns. What do you think?

Eduardo was referred to as a "guardian" friend in "The Sweet Stench Of Success". I'm not sure how I'd classify any of the others, but I think the D&D Monster Manual would list Wilt as a "humanoid" and Bloo as an "ooze".

Wilt doesn't resembe any animal that *I* know of, other than he does remind me a bit of a giraffe, with that graceful stride. I'd consider him more of a monster; in fact, the whole lot of them with the exception of those that are really humanoid, like Chester and Prince Charming, could be considered "monsters." They really, really remind me of some of the "extras" in "Monsters, Inc."

Yes, they do look like the Monsters Inc characters in a lot of ways.
By the by, Cassini, what the heck is an "ooze"? ~Ami~

An ooze, according to the book, is "an amphorous or mutable creature, usually mindless". Sounds like Jello to me. Except for the mindless part, it's a fairly accurate label for Bloo. Of course, it's also very likely that I shouldn't be using the Dungeons & Dragons books to try to make sense of a cartoon.

Perhaps this is best left unsaid, but I use my D&D books to make sense out of a LOT of things! ;D

Hmm... I'm sensing a future thread here, one where all the D&D players on this site debate what Wilt's dexterity modifier is and whether or not Bloo's alignment is chaotic neutral. Might be fun, now that I think of it.

D&D talk! I feel so at home My dad played that with me and my brother since we were about six. Bloo's alignment is probably chaotic good: he doesn't obey laws very often, but at the same time won't commit acts of true evil intention (murder). He even says sorry to Duchess for ruining her chance at getting adopted, so we know Bloo isn't really all that bad. Wilt, to me, would be classified as humanoid. He has human-like qualities, hands and feet and a human personality and mind. Bloo is probably "Ghost-like", since he resembles a scared Pac-Ghost, but "Basic" and "Simple" describe him best.
