Thanks! All credit goes to my fabulous markers.
....uh.... anyways, Foster's Goes to Europe was a little disappointing, even though it was funny, because they never went to Europe. I mean, when there were only 5 minutes left and they still weren't on the plane I kinda figured they wouldn't be going after all. But still.

I personally thought that this episode was one of the best of the series that I have seen thus far, I mean how many people out there have tried to write a "travel show" with little or no actual travel within the course the episode.
Not even the Simpson's writers are that gutsy, usually when someone on that show says "The Simpsons are going to _____" they are usually there before the first commercial break.
I think Foster's is at it's best when they take real life situations (In this case getting ready for a trip) and ramp up the insanity level to 11!

Hehe...I remember lots of vacations where that sorta stuff happened...'Specially the packing and bathroom breaks. Of course, all that stuff doesn't normally happen...But the episode wouldn't've been as funny if they hadn't taken it to the max. level of craziness.

For what it did--a "have a place to go, but won't get there" story instead of doing what the title says--it was actually a pretty good episode. I did feel bad for Mac at the end, but not as much as everybody else(At least he wasn't worked like a sweatshop slave throughout the entire episode -_-). To be honest, I was more angered about Madame Foster untying those poor balloons... I wonder what Frankie's reaction would be.
And speaking of Frankie, I noticed quite a few things about her in this episode:
-She's the only one who doesn't cause any kind of setback for Mac on her own(She was hungry and had to go to the bathroom, but that along with the others) -She's the one who tells Mac, as he starts feeling completely hopeless, that they're ready. -She's the ONLY one who doesn't badmouth Mac when they return to the house; she just slams the door open and marches in. -She actually seems to somewhat get over it by the moment she gets to her grandma's room. -And, finally, SHE'S THE ONE WHO LEARNS THAT MADAME FOSTER STOLE THE TICKETS.
I'm probably the only one who cares about such things... but, being the Frankie fanatic I am, I thought these things were quite nice. It actually makes sense considering Frankie's own cruel ordeal in IHFU...MEUP.

Madame Foster is usually such a nice little old lady, I can't believe the evil deed she committed in this ep(meaning how she stole the tickets)! Oh well, maybe she took too many arthritus pills or something.

Yeah, I must admit that I found this one to be slightly disappointing as well. I felt sorry for Mac because not only could no one in the house get ready when Mac had BEEN ready the whole time, but then he also takes the blame for the tickets being stolen from him by Madame Foster. As soon as they thought that he lost the tickets, I somehow knew that that wasn't the case because that would just be so unlike Mac...Mac is very responsible (for the most part) and I just couldn't believe that he'd be one to 'lose' anything. In the back of my mind I knew that that was the case. Then when I found out that they had been stolen I was like 'Hah! I knew it!" XD But when I found out that Madame Foster stole them I must admit that I lost a bit of respect for her character. Stealing from a child like that is just wrong, man! XP

this episode was a bit disapointing for this loyal fan too,but satisfying as well. the good-it was a well worked episode, with plot twists everywhere the bad-the ending,it just sucked. the ugly-eurotrish's singing.(screams in agony) best part-the plot twists the worst part-see the bad and ugly.

The only thing that gets me through watching the ending of this episode is my opinion that it was exremely selfish of Mac to invite his friends at Foster's to Europe instead of his own FAMILY (and yes I know he would have lost Bloo if he'd gone off to Europe without him, in which case perhaps what he ought to have done was accept the cash prize instead, which is available in all trip contests *I've* ever heard of).
(edit: I can spell Europe. I can.)

Yeah, but his friends at Foster's act way more like family than his actual family does. Let's just say I disagree. I'm no good at arguing a point.

I agree that Mac probably should have invited his family. Although he probably wouldn't want to be on vacation with his abusive brother, and his mother would probably be too busy working, but if my kid wanted to use a free vacation to another continent for going with his friends I've never met, I'd probably smack him/her.
