Getting back to the topic at hand here,
I can't believe they parodied that scene from Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, and not have Bloo yell NOOOOOOOOOOO! in a really whiny manner like Darth Vader did. Yeah I know Bloo's done that sort of thing in other episodes but it's still funny no matter how times it happens. Well they did redeem themselves by parodying Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (My personal favorite of the Star Wars films.) so it's all good.

Out of boredom, I did some quoting with my sister, and she made a funny comment. "I can't believe Bloo spelled B.F.F. right!" XD

I have finally seen it! I loved the Jaw's reference Wilt said in the opening, especially the Powerpuff Girl's narrator voice too. Given Tom Kenny did that in the Powerpuff's it's hilarious. Eduardo and Coco's failed attempts of saving Wilt/capturing the IF was very cute. Gotta say Mac had stars in his eyes with Imagination Man. I mean. He got to live out every little boy's fantasy of being a Super Hero's sidekick. Of course he'd be so taken and forget his ordinary Bloo IF. I liked the touch of the flowers being IM's kyrptonite. And Nemisis's hair being ruined to remove her powers. Very well thought out. Surprising Bloo could drag Eduardo so easily via a table cloth-cape. Stronger then he thinks! And
It isn't an absolute favourite, but a good opening to Season Four I must say.

I thought the "I Was Your Father" line was from The Empire Strikes Back? And I think Revenge of the Sith was still in post-production when "Challenge of the Super Friends" was made, and all Craig had as reference was the teaser trailer.

And I think Revenge of the Sith was still in post-production when "Challenge of the Super Friends" was made, and all Craig had as reference was the teaser trailer. I was referring to the "Rise Lord Vader/Yes My Master" scene they parodied in COTSF not the "I am your Father" parody. And well yes, the"Rise Lord Vader/Yes My Master" scene that COTSF parodied was in the teaser trailer for "ROTS" but also take into consideration this... According to the IMDB: Star Wars episode III was released in North American theaters on May,19, 2005, whereas The Foster's episode "Challenege of the Super Friends" hit American TV screens on April,28,2006. And correct me if I am wrong, but I do remember one time on TV.com, Lauren Faust said that the average amount of time it takes to make an episode of Foster's is about "Three months." (It wasn't specific, if this time frame was just referring to the animation process or the whole bowl of wax from "script to screen".) So unless the episode was sitting on the shelf for almost a year.... But then again it's really just splitting hairs, and it doesn't matter because the episode was still a good one, regardless of how it handled it's Star Wars parodies.

Still, my favorite quote from Mac in that episode was from the 1980s G.I. Joe cartoon's closing Public Service Announcements "...And Knowing Is Half The Battle". Was a bit disappointed that they didn't have Mac jump at Nemesis, shouting "YO JOE!!" while he was shielding Imaginary Man from the onslaught of flowers, though.
