I've seen the first episode, and still have not found any reason to expect him to be different. He's always been at least somewhat of a jerk, even in the earlier episodes (c'mon guys, in Dinner is Swerved he called Mac stupid!). I'm not going to compare his behavior in the entire rest of the series to his behavior in House of Bloo's. I have accepted and welcomed his jerkiness, and am not surprised or shocked when he's mean. It would be amusing to see Wilt open Bloo a can of foot-in-your-ass-up-to-the-knee, but this is because I find this generally to be funny rather than that I think he has it coming (even though he does).

Same here. In Eddie Monster, when I saw Wilt backhanding Bloo, I was like, "Ohhhhhhhhhhh, Bloo, you're in trouble now!"
The new ep. looks interesting, from what I've seen in the commercials, I'm gonna go watch the clip on Cartoonnetwork.com laters.

Ohhhhhhhhh........ok, then, I guess you'll just not have to have cable for a while.
I saw the clip. Sounds like a good ep. Bloo's not very good at faking sadness. I could so fake sadness and misery better than him.

Wilt has already done that, too, in "Hiccy Burp". Remember when he had to rehearse his lines so he could MC the Imaginary Friends talent show/beauty pageant, the annual fundraiser for the home, and everyone was on his case about how badly he'd screwed up the year before, and wouldn't let him participate in any fun activities? While Wilt was rehearsing his lines, Bloo came in the living room with him, with those annoying hiccups, and caused Wilt to mess up and say the word "hiccup" instead of what he was supposed to say, and Wilt lost it. He ended up physicaly KICKING Bloo right out of the room! Wilt doesn't handle that sort of pressure very well, and Bloo doesn't seem able to learn from his painful mistakes when NOT to bother Wilt! He's sorta like this cat my grandfather had many years ago, who would, without fail, on a daily basis, touch his nose to the electric fence my grandfather kept goats and other livestock in! Every day of its life, that cat would get a nasty, painful shock(anyone who has ever touched an electric fence knows how bad it is), and every day he'd go right back and do it again, completely forgetting the experience from the day before. Bloo is like that when it comes to pushing Wilt's "hot buttons"-never learns that the results are not very pleasant; either that or Bloo has a secret masochistic streak! pitbulllady
