I can almost see something like that happening in an episode of Foster's. But that seems to be something Bloo would do, rather then Terrence.

It reminds me of the time Mini put a box of cake mix in the oven in an episode of Casper and the Angels (yeah I'm that old...). It was about the most amusing thing that ever happened on that show, which is saying a HELL of a lot, considering how much and completely that show sucks. If they did something similar in a Foster's ep though, it just might be gold.

Sims start fires with TV dinners more than with any other food. Rhonda and Bloo continued watching TV during the fire. Mac, who was barely three feet away from Terrence in the second shot, never glanced up even once from the computer. Sims just aren't all that bright, I guess. Anyway, the smoke detector summoned the Foster's Valley Fire Department and the blaze was extinguished. Terrence was lectured by the fireman, then, unbelievably, gave himself a sponge bath in the still smoky kitchen. At that moment the "Welcome Wagon" arrived to say howdy-ho to the family, and that's where I paused the game. (Rhonda was herself a member of the Welcome Wagon when another family moved into Foster's Valley. She got into several slapfights with Wanda, who was another member of the WW (some welcome!), and was disrespected by the teenage daughter of the family she came to welcome. Not a good couple of days for Mac's Mom, no siree.) ;D ;D ;D

*rolls*
I have read so many amusing accounts about this game from various people online. That's awesome.
Did anyone see that episode of Malcolm in the Middle where Malcolm had a Sims-esque game and he programmed his whole family into it, and everyone wound up rich and happy and he ended up like 600 pounds and committing suicide? Best episode ever.

However, I'm heading up to Best Buy later today, which is where I bought the game at the end of last year, so I'll check the price for you while I'm there.

The oven is working well, although it required a little cleaning. Terrence later made himself some of macaroni and cheese on the stovetop without destroying anything, so at least he'll be able to feed himself when the Dorito's run out. ;D

Best episode ever. Hah, I saw it too. Funny. Though I am partial to the one where the baby in Lois' belly "tells" Dewey to do stuff. ^^

A mercifully brief synopsis of the "plot", or lack thereof, thus far:
Rhonda Cassiman, a/k/a "Mac's Mom", was recently fired from her job at TransWorld International Travel, where she worked as a travel agent. After recovering from the shock, she decided to use this as a chance to start her life over and follow her dream of playing professional minor league baseball. So she packed up the kids, allowed Bloo back in the family to keep Mac from whining, and moved across the country from Townsville, CN, to Foster's Valley, HD. Unbeknown to her, Madam Foster moved her entire house to Foster's Valley as well (for tax purposes). As it turns out, a lot of characters from the show live in Foster's Valley, as do a lot of other people the gentle Reader has never heard of. Can all these disparate people get along together, find love and happiness, and fulfill their life's dreams? Stay tuned...
;D ;D ;D

That's why I'm not allowed to even use the microwave when my parents are out. They'll never forget those times when I put something metal in there or try to get toast out of the toaster with a fork.
This sounds like a soap opera/fanfic... IT'S SO ADDICTING. It's like "Desperate IFs".

Rhonda, in preparation for spring training, works out on the treadmill: This is why I never went into sports. That, and I have the metabolism of a tree sloth. ;D
