I actually adored his voice. I'm not trying to start a controversy or anything, it's just my opinion. I thought whoever did the voice did a fantastic job of, well, voicing an infuriating character. (I mean, I actually enjoyed the voice itself, too.) It was Tom Kenny, I could tell it was Tom right away because he talked with a similar accent during a sketch on the old HBO comedy program, he used to be on, "Mr. Show: With Bob and David". In the sketch Tom was playing Abe Lincoln and for some reason they gave Abe the same sort of Brooklyn accent that Goofball used.

I like Goof-Goof(Frankie) but I despised Goofball. He reminds me too much of the jerks at my school.

Well, hey, they've made a Foster's Goes to Europe. Though, Madame Foster and Eurotrish were the only ones from Foster's that ended up going, but still... It could happen! Yeah, Foster's in the "Great White North" has limitless potential, for example it would funny to see Frankie try and navigate the Foster's bus through the wheat fields of Saskatchewan or something like that.

That would be hilarious! Not to mention the endless nagging she would get from the other friends on the bus!

Bloo : "Are we there yet?" <Repeat ad infinitum, needless to say> Wow, his voice....he could make that sooooo annoying if he wanted to! Imagine trying to keep him strapped in his seat and entertained for a long bus journey? Doesn't bear thinking about really...

He was a great character. I'm surprised that Frankie didn't throw him through a stained glass window or something at the end of the episode.
