You mean Goof*ball*? Goof-Goof was the name Frankie used when she was pretending to be an imaginary friend.
I think I'm one of the few people who found this episode really entertaining, and Goofball a great character. I *do* think Frankie had it rough, but no rougher than other characters have had it in other episodes.

I still can't believe how caught-up I got in that episode. At one point I actually got out of my chair and was halfway to the TV, with murder on my mind, before I caught myself and sat down. That's some pretty compelling writing, to make me care that much about a cartoon character's feelings. I burned the episode to disc, as I do with every episode, but I doubt I'll ever watch it again. It honestly hurt too much.

(Goof-BALL...sorry! ) That's exactly how I felt Cassini, I was absolutely livid! There were some very funny parts (Edwardo's bath, Bloo & Goofball's fridge-raiding, the whole flashback gag at the start)....they were just eclipsed by one of the most ignorant and sly cartoon characters I have ever seen - inflicting himself on poor Frankie, grrrr!!

Burning anger wasn't all I felt. I had tears forming in my eyes when Herriman wouldn't let Frankie go to that concert she'd so been looking forward to. I felt so sad for her, and so helpless because there was nothing I could do. I wanted so much to go to her, hold her, comfort her, tell her everything will be okay, go to the concert, I'll handle the floors. (And Herriman, Goofball, & Bloo, once she's out of hearing range). The whole episode was emotionally draining for me. Maybe I'm a little too attached to Frankie, I don't know, but I have to salute the writers for creating characters that are very easy to get attached to, even love, and for creating stories that can rivet me to my TV and wring out my heart. It's ironic that I think "Imposter's Home" is one of the best episodes of the series, yet I can't bear to watch it again. Amazing.

Hmm...I figured there'd be guys talking about this one!
I did feel sorry for Frankie, but bad things DO have to happen. Otherwise, it really wouldn't be much of a show.
BUT WHY, AFTER ALL SHE WAS PUT THROUGH...!?!? She didn't even get to go to her concert. Poor thing.

Since I saw him, I'm like "Ooh, go get 'im, Frankie!" and she tried, and no one listened, so I was all "YOU <censored>S!!!" It made me SO mad... Bloo ticked me off in that episode as well.

Yeah, he was on my nerves from the very start of the episode. I saw him and immediately, I was like, "Ugh, that guy is soo infuriating!".

Yeah, I know! No offence to anybody that sounds like that, but that just made him even more annoying!

Eh, didn't really care for this character on way or the other.
Although I did find the concept of the episode in question fascinating, and I thought they should have shown us the audience a little more evidence that there are some unscrupulous people out there that would try to scam Foster's into free room and board by pretending to be imaginary, instead of just implying it.
That way when they did get around to introducing Goofball, Frankie's suspicions would be a little more justified. And we as an audience could have looked at Goofball in a more sympathetic light since we would have a better idea that he was the "genuine imaginary article". (Now there's an Oxy-moron.)
Anyways I think you all don't need to worry, because it doesn't look like they are chomping at the bit, to bring back Goofball any time soon... unless they've got some kind of "Foster's Goes To Canada" episode in the works, (Hey, now that would rock! In my opinion.)

Well, hey, they've made a Foster's Goes to Europe. Though, Madame Foster and Eurotrish were the only ones from Foster's that ended up going, but still... It could happen!

Yeah, I know! No offence to anybody that sounds like that, but that just made him even more annoying! Just the way he spoke, all "Eh, uh... yeah!" and couldn't speak in complete sentences and had a real airy tone. GYAAH.

I actually adored his voice. I'm not trying to start a controversy or anything, it's just my opinion. I thought whoever did the voice did a fantastic job of, well, voicing an infuriating character. (I mean, I actually enjoyed the voice itself, too.)
