It was because of the Winchester House that I decided, until they say otherwise, that for fanfic purposes I place Mac's town in the San Jose area - later eps provided evidence that they are indeed in California, though possibly further south. I love the idea of why someone might create an imaginary friend that's a wall, thanks PBL. They haven't said specifically if an IF can create an IF, so maybe...but I vote no. And yes people can have multiple IFs - I thought maybe after Terrence ate Pizza and then created Red that maybe people can only have 1 at a time (which would help answer my question about can the world be overrun with IFs) but if that were so, people would have figured it out by now and it would be common knowledge, and Mac wouldn't have even thought that he might have made Cheese. So I'd say, yes, people can have multiple IFs. (Who else has multiple IFs in the show, I'm drawing a blank.) Didn't Goo make a bunch of IFs? I haven't seen the episode myself, but I've heard about it...

Goo made over 400 IF's as I recall. It was one of my favorite episodes.

I love this quote.
ARGH. Nobody likes you! You're annoying and weird and you talk too much! Bloo's name isn't Chester! And Mr. Herriman isn't a badger, he's a rabbit! And fruit doesn't have protein! Nuts have protein, which you don't need any more of because you ARE nuts! You're chocful of nuts! Everybody thinks you're a nuisance, and they all just want you to GO HOME! Get it? GetitgetitgetitgetitgetitgetitYOU GET IT?

I know this is most definitely unlikely--but I like to think that the house was imagined by Frankie.
I mean, it'd explain why she knows it like the back of her hand, and why she's very good at cleaning up for it...

I just found this thread, it's very interesting. The house kinda reminds me of Steven King's, RoseRed, It's weird and it's just SO big. Mabe this house is RoseRed's sister, lol! Just kidding. Anyway what I mean is, there is a new room all the time, so, you never know if the house is a RoseRed like place. This reminds me of a documentry I saw a long time ago were this woman, way back in the victorian era, had this huge house built, and built in such an odd way. Some stairs lead to nowere, some doors lead to dead end walls, one door on one of the upper floors opened up to just the plain, bare outside, like a window! She had the house built that way for the ghosts who would live there. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm talking about the Winchester house? I'll have to look it up.

Yeah, Sarah Winchester built a huge house that was being worked on 24/7 so the evil spirits wouldn't get her. She slept in a different room every night. I went there once, it was pretty cool but I didn't see any ghosts. Oh well.

Yeah! I remember her sleeping in a different room every night. I looked it up right after I typed my post. I read you can get a job there very easily, they're always accepting people, or so it said. Wouldin't it be cool to work there? I think so!
