You're probably right; I'll take another look later. I noticed it on Frankie because, well, because she's Frankie...

Oooo... that made my day... thank you...
(Cassini90125 smiles and drifts away into his private dream, the one with Frankie, a priest, and the words "I do"...)
Oh! Back to Wilt. We know he's tall, but has anyone read how tall anywhere? I'm thinking seven feet at least. It seems to vary a little, too, depending on the episode. I wonder about his weight, as well; he can't be more than 100 pounds or so. Anyone read anything on this?

His height seems to vary. In some eps Frankie hardly reaches his knees, while in others she arrives to his waist...

I've seen that with Herriman, too, and Eduardo to a lesser extent.

I can't count in feet, sorry. I'd say he's 3 metres tall.

That's about ten feet. I doubt Wilt's quite that tall, I'd say maybe eight feet / 2.5 metres at the most, unless Foster's has unusually tall doors and rooms (they might; the New Guy seemed comfortable enough, and he was HUGE!)

Remember: Wilt ALWAYS leans down when entering a room. We've seen that quite often.

I love the way he and Edwardo come into the room at the end of the intro - look closely the next time!

I'd guess that Wilt is at least seven feet tall, which would be around 2 1/2 meters. Most of his height is made up of those long legs. His actual body mass, not including his legs, from the top of his head to his waist, is pretty much the same as an average human's. In the scenes where he was sitting on the sofa with Frankie, they're pretty much the same height. He probably does weigh a bit more than she does, though, since those long legs, skinny as they may seem, are probably composed of very dense muscle, so they'd add quite a bit of weight. Snakes might not look like they weigh very much, but try walking around for a few hours with a seven-foot long Pine Snake wrapped around your shoulders! Dense muscle is actually heavier than fat tissue.

Good points. I think his bones would be unusually dense as well, and possibly composed of something a little more flexible than calcium, otherwise his long legbones would break too easily.

Giraffes and wading birds have extra-long legs, and they don't have any problem with bones breaking, no more so that other animals. Flexible material, like cartilage, won't support weight very well at all, and WILL buckle under weight. That's what "rickets" is-a calcium deficiency in which the bone is replaced by soft cartilage, which cannot support the weight of the body, so it bends and twists and snaps easily. Dense bone would do a much better job of supporting weight.

Maybe "flexible" was the wrong word here. "Resilient" might have been a better choice, as I was thinking about a material that can support the weight of a body but be more resistant to breaking.

Bone is remarkably resilient, if it's healthy bone, that is. Plus, being a biological being that needs oxygen, Wilt would have to have red blood cells, and those are made by bone marrow. I know that the human thigh bone can tolerate a tensile pressure of 400 pounds per square inch before breaking, so I'd assume that Wilt's would be the same way.

His stretchy arms, I think, are one of the things that make him "imaginary". And, looking at one of Sparky's screengrabs from Duchess of Wails: if we take Terrence as 160 cms, Wilt has to be at least 3 metres.
