Here is my second Foster's fan-fic. It takes place shortly after the events of "Phone Home", (and before "Bus the Two of Us"):
Bloo left Foster's for a walk one morning. He was still upset about how the amazing imaginary friend he had rescued a few days before turned out to be nothing more then a man in a cell phone suit. Worse, Mac had brought back a wimpy green friend and was rewarded by Herriman and Frankie. On his way out, he heard someone call out, "And don't bring back any more men in cell phone suits!"
Bloo continued walking as he muttered, "Lousy Wilt getting his picture on the wall, and Mac for getting a medal and a car. He can't even drive!"
As Bloo walked along, he looked across the street and saw the man in the cell phone suit dancing on the sidewalk, trying to attract customers. Moments later, Bloo was in front of the store.
"You," Bloo said, "You're the cause of my recent problems!"
The man in the cellphone suit spoke, but only gibberish could be heard, moments later, he kicked Bloo. Bloo then kicked the man in the shin and the two got into a fight. At one point, Bloo bit the costume, which unstuck the zipper. The man unzipped the cell phone suit and took it off.
"There, now let's see how you like being stuck in this thing," the man said.
With that, he threw Bloo into the suit and zipped it up before running off.
From inside the suit, Bloo said, "This is just great..."
Bloo started pacing around. The owner of the cell phone store came out and thinking nothing was wrong, said, "Good job, keep it up!"
"I can't get this thing off," Bloo said, "I can probably get this off
back at Foster's."
Hours later, Bloo arrived back at Foster's. He was still in the suit.
Upon entering, he encountered Frankie, Edwardo, Madame Foster, Wilt, and Mr.Herriman
"It's that man in the cell phone suit," Frankie said.
"Excuse me," Herriman said, "Are you here to adopt a friend?"
"No," Bloo replied as he shook his head, "It's me, Blooregard!"
However, the others didn't understand what Bloo was saying other than "no"
"If he's not here to adopt," Frankie said, "What else could he want?"
"He could be here to get back at Bloo," Edwardo said.
"Unfortunatly master Blooregard isn't here," Herriman said, "he went for a walk."
"Keep in mind, the reason I opened this home in the first place was to keep imaginary friends safe until they can find a loving home," Madame Foster said, indicating the house's motto.
"You're right," Herriman said. With that, Herriman and Frankie pushed Bloo outside the house and slammed the door.
"Great," Bloo thought, "they think I'm the guy in the cell phone suit."
Bloo then decided to try catapulting himself through an open window on the second floor of the house. After rigging a makeshift catapult, he launched himself, and flew into the wall beside the window before sliding to the ground. Bloo groaned in pain. Bloo then repositioned the catapult and tried launching himself at the window again. This time, he missed the house completely. Bloo then tried again and hit the window, but the cell phone suit was too tall to fit through the window and Bloo once again slid to the ground.
Bloo then saw Coco outside.
"Coco," Bloo thought,"she'll help me."
Bloo then walked over to Coco. Coco looked up.
"Coco!" She said as she walked over to Bloo, and started pecking at the buttons trying to make a call. Bloo groaned from being pecked.
"Coco," Coco said.
Coco then laid an egg.
"Yes," Bloo said, "there's probably something in there to get me out."
Bloo's hopes were soon extinguished. Inside the egg was a cell phone. Coco picked it up and made a call.
"Coco coco coco coco co," Coco said into her new phone.
Moments later, Coco walked away leaving Bloo pondering what to do next. Bloo then saw Wilt.
"Wilt," Bloo said, "He'll help me. He's all about helping people."
Bloo then walked over to Wilt.
"Oh," Wilt said, "Frankie told me that you were here possibly to harm Bloo."
"No," Bloo said, "I am Bloo!"
Unfortunately, Wilt didn't hear Bloo. Wilt escorted Bloo back to the street.
Bloo then ran around to the back of the house once he thought it was safe. As he ran to the back, he passed the beagle-puss friend who said, "I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I've heard of mobile phones, but this is ridiculous!"
Bloo then saw the back door open. He ran inside the house.
"I'm safe!" Bloo exclaimed, "Now all I have to do is get upstairs."
Bloo then turned around and started running. Seconds later, he ran into the new guy. The new guy then looked at Bloo and said, "I've always wanted a cell phone!"
With that the new guy picked Bloo up and started pushing the buttons on the suit, trying to make a call. Bloo groaned within the suit. The New Guy looked up and said, "This phone is broken!"
With that, he chucked Bloo against the wall, which caused the suit to split open. Bloo jumped out and landed on the ground looking dazed.
"I'm free! I'm free!" Bloo shouted once he recovered.
Bloo then took the empty cell phone suit and put it with the rest of the garbage by the curve. Bloo then walked back into the house and ran into Frankie, Wilt, Edwardo, and Coco.
"Bloo," Frankie said, "Where have you been?"
Bloo then started to tell about what happened, but then said,
"nevermind."
Shortly after 3:00, Mac showed up.
"Hi guys," Mac said, "Sorry I'm late."
"It's okay Mac," Frankie said, "We haven't put Bloo up for adoption. In fact he's been away for most of the day. He got back not to long ago."
"Si," Edwardo said, "Why were you late?"
"I had to stop at the phone store to pick up my mom's new cell phone," Mac replied.
Mac then reached into his backpack and pulled out the new cell phone. It was a regular cell phone, but it looked like a smaller version of
the man in the cell phone suit.
"Aaah!" Bloo screamed as he grabbed the phone. He threw it against the ground causing it to break into pieces!
"BLOO!" Mac shouted, "What did you do that for?!?"
