I was messing around on Napster, browsing through some of the recent "Contemporary Country" uploads(yeah, I'm a redneck), and suddenly this familiar name, "Grey Delisse" popped up! Yep, it's true, ladies and gents, the lady who is the voice of our beloved Frankie Foster is one HECK of a Country singer! I mean this gal can belt one out with the likes of Shania Twain, Gretchen Wilson or even the late, great Patsy Cline! Who knew? I knew that she could sing, but it never occured to me that "Ms. I Am Punk Rock" can be as redneck as a NASCAR race and sound great at it!

I've seen her website. Never listened to the music, but she is a fox. Mmmm! I'm tellin' y'all, she can sing with the best of the female Country artists out there, plus some of the classics! I guess she just has not really wanted to push that particular talent, lest it compromise her voice acting, but seriously, she has the potential to be a headline entertainer in the Country music field. pitbulllady

Oh I already know how good of a singer Grey is. And if anyone gets a chance, you all should also check out the band her husband (Murry Hammond) plays bass for, "The Old 97's." They're really good too. If you are looking for one good song to DL from them, might I suggest the song "Murder (Or a Heart Attack)" trust me, it's a lot more upbeat then the title will have you believe.

I actually found out that she sang country music on tv.com somewhere...I think I checked her page on there and found out about it that way, but it is certainly interesting. Who knew that she was into that particular type of music? But this is saying a lot considering that I don't listen to a lot of country music, but I DID like Patsy Cline's songs whenever I heard them and if it's said that Grey Delisse is as good as she is, then that means she's GOOD because Patsy Cline is one of the greatest country artists to ever grace the business, in my opinion.

That's crazy weird!!! I'm not that into country music (in fact, I never listen to it) but that's still cool! Does she have any CD's or whatnot?

OMG. I LOVE THE OLD 97's!!! Cool I am just starting to get into them myself, I should pick up "Fight Songs" one of these decades. That's crazy weird!!! I'm not that into country music (in fact, I never listen to it) but that's still cool! Does she have any CD's or whatnot? She does, just do a search on Amazon.com for Grey DeLisle and you'll find some of her stuff for sale.
