Not nessecerily. Bloo would still have to stay inside, ESPECIALLY after all the mess he caused in Neighbor Pains.
Although...the episode descriptions have been known to be wrong in some respects and right in others (i.e. I Only Have Surprise For You). So maybe it is Adopt-A-Thought Saturday and Bloo gets locked in the house--free to cause all the havoc he wants while Frankie and Herriman's sanity slowly deteriorates as they try to get in the house. XD
Personally, I'm wondering how Cheese is going to get to Foster's in the first place. I guess he could follow Mac there, but you'd think Mac would stop him. I dunno, I'm sure they'll be an explaination.

Or if it ends up the door was unlocked all this time and they just didn't try it. Eduardo: Ohhh it opens INWARDS! Oh, stars, that would be beyond lame. Yes that does sound pretty lame, so lame that the writers would probably never ever go in that direction and we should just discount that possibility all together.... unless that's what they want us to think.

Well, if it WAS Adopt-A-Thought Saturday, why would Bloo be outside, and why would Cheese be there?
Unless Cheese came inside the house, saw Bloo, they had a bonding moment, Cheese tried to eat Bloo's arm, Bloo got mad, pushed Cheese outside, shut the door behind him, then Frankie saw him, told him to go inside, pushing him, running him into the door.
"I think it's locked," Bloo would say, with his face squeezed against the door and Frankie's forearm. "It's okay; I know the new combination," Frankie would say. She'd try it, but it wouldn't work. "Umm... let's try again..." She tries and fails once more. "MR. HERRIMAN!" she screams, causing the bunny to jump and hop promptly over to all the commotion. "What indeed, Ms. Frances?" "Will you open the door?" "Why, certainly. At first I was a bit hesitant to... get this... new... door system..." the bunny would say why trying to open the door. "Whatchadoin?" says a familiar voice from behind. It's Goo and her arm stand- I mean Mac. "Hi, Goo," Frankie would say. "We got a new door system, but the combination isn't working... I think we're locked out." "Oh, once that happened to my crazy uncle Joe (the "hairy man") and we had to call the pooolicee an the fiiiiireman who let me wear his hat! And--" "Goo!" Mac interrupted. "Sorry," Goo said. "Mac's been trying to teach me how to be less talkative. I can't tell my mom or else--" "Goo..." "Sorry," Goo whispered to the ground. Then she 'zips her lips' much like the gang did in Infernal Slumper. Cheese then walks up behind them all and screams "I LIKE CHOCOLATE MIIIIIILK~!!" Frankie and He

Maybe the one who locks them out is Jackie Khones. He always pops where we least expect it.

So I finally saw the previews for this one this morning, and it looks as if the code activated door lock (sorry, couldn't think of what to call it exactly) is something new. I'm kind of doubting my original theory that it's Adopt-A-Thought Saturday, because you guys are right...why would Bloo be out there? I just want to know why everyone in the house is outside. Maybe to marvel at the new alarm system? Haha, just kidding. I really don't know Can't wait till tomorrow though to see this episode

Fire drill, maybe? That sounds like something Mr. Herriman would do.

That's really coming to be what I think is the most likely explanation, that it ends up accidentally being Herriman's fault after some kind of drill. Still, I'm anxious to see how they explain Cheese being the only one to know the combination.

It might really be funny if its actually all Mr H's fault. I want to see some good Herriman/Cheese interaction. Oh my gawd, that would make my day. ^_^

The fire drill sounds the most likely... but I'm hoping for the one-in-a-million chance that it's all Bendy's fault and that we'll get to see him again. ;P

I'm hoping I'll at least get to record this episode, since I have to attend Open House at school tonight(MAJOR bummer), and this will be the first new episode I won't get to see when it first airs. I'm almost afraid to set the VCR, given the propensity of this area to experience horrific lightning storms this time of year, and I just had to replace the DirectTV box and dish due to lightning.

I think I figured out a major issue my computer was having that prevented me from turning my recordings into movie files, so I may be able to put this episode online like the last one.
