In real life, covering for someone that's been know for trouble might get YOU in trouble. I'm just glad that Wilt didn't get punished. And also in real life,if an elderly person fell down the stairs, they would probly get seriously hurt, or even DIE. I don't know about the durability of imaginary friends though. I'll have to wait until the next new episode to see if Herriman survived.

but Bloo doesn't care if someone gets mad at him, and does not comprehend the correlation between what he does and what happens, to him or anyone else. Couldn't agree more. I think they really reinforced that by pointing out that it was Mac who was the one who asked Wilt to cover for them, as opposed to Bloo. Mac probably figured Bloo might get kicked out, while Bloo probably couldn't see anything wrong with what he was doing. Oh, who else got a kick out of Bloo barking at those dogs? Being someone who drives around with dogs a lot, I found that especially hilarious!

Also, they should have had Zaphod on there too. He and Bloo should be pals.

Another good episode. I don't know how they do it. Assorted notes: - The dogs at the start appear to be driving the car themselves. There's no human at the wheel.
- Bloo: "Why must you tempt me?" So he does have a conscience of sorts. And possibly a belief in God. I wouldn't have figured much for either. Bloo usually is blind to consequences and responsibility, plus he already has an appointment with his creator every 3 PM.
- Mac can intimidate Bloo if he really wants to. What a face.
- Wilt's dilemma is a lot like "A Very Special Blossom" on PPG. He's so determined to be a best friend that he assaults Herriman and Eduardo and strings a huge web of lies to cover up for Mac and Bloo. That's sad.
- I had Zaphod's comment on "points for style" going through my head even as I failed to recognize the name "Magrathea." That stinks. I remember the hitcher wearing a brown robe-like garment, so it's Arthur Dent.
- Sweet Star Wars parody. "Almost therrrrrrrrre....."
- Clop, clop, clop, clop...what's that noise? Lower the map...plunger stilts! I almost died. Key on a brick, too.
- Mac cuts through other people's yards? Huh.
- The dragracers have one of those foot-shaped accelerators that were almost cool in the '70s.
- This may be the most Coco has ever added to the storyline of any episode. I'm sick! I'm not! I'm sick! I'm calling my girlfriend for help!

It is perhaps worth noting that Arthur did not, in fact, have a towel. What a predicament.

I real life, Wilt would have gotten in BIG TROUBLE pushing an ederly person down the stairs. Wilt PUSHED Mr. H down the stairs? Woah this is one whacked episode.... Yes, he did, actually. He was desparate to keep Mr. H. from going out and finding that the bus was missing. This episode is one of the reasons I have compared Wilt to Randall Boggs, whom everyone believes is evil incarnate. Randall was basically just reacting, having been under severe stress for TWO YEARS, with the bad things he did. Wilt gets to that point within five minutes; the guy cannot handle stress at all! pitbulllady

Impressive, most impressive.
I think they had me right from the start of the episode, with Bloo channeling the spirit of Comic Book Guy from "The Simpsons" (Worst...Roadtrip...Ever.) and kept me interested all the way to the ending credits involving Asian Bloo being used as a decoy, so regular type Bloo can go on yet another joyride.
Once again everyone involved on Team Foster's brought their A-Game and we are all the more richer for having viewed such a spectacle of awesomeness.
