Rocky III
It's the eye of the tiger, it's the thrill of the fight Risin' up to the challenge of our rival And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger

omg I almost forgot "The nightmare before xmas" D= and "Oliver and company" Oh my gosh...The Nightmare Before Christmas has been very high on my list of favorite movies ever since I was 4, when it came out. Some people think it's kind of sad that I know every single song by heart, but that's their problem, not mine

"Bedknobs and Broomsticks", and later "Blackbeard's Ghost." I'm old.

The title "Blackbeard's Ghost" makes me think of that South Park episode about Pirate Ghosts and Korn playing the role of the super sleuths.

I used to love Bedknobs and Broomsticks too! I mainly watched Disney films but my fav was probably 'My Neighbour Totoro'. I taped it and would watch it practically everday. When I lost the tape I forgot about it and I thought I'd never see it again, but then I started getting into more anime, I heard of it again, the memories started flooding back and I finally got hold of a copy last Christmas.
*is lost in nostalgia*

This is so ironic that people are mentioning My Neighbor Totoro!! That is my favorite non-Disney movie ever! I think I first saw it when I was like, seven probably, and it was the first anime movie I ever saw so I kept thinking, "These people are soooooo cute I wanna cute like these people!!" I love how it's written so naturally, it seems like it's not even scripted, it seems so.....natural. (I mean, clever dialogue is AWESOME too, but so is this) And this movie gives you this wonderful feeling. Even if I watched it in the middle of winter I'd feel like it was summertime.

That movie was utterly priceless........ My favorite movie then? Well...... <_< >_> In all honesty, it was actually that horrible live action version of "Super Mario Bros." with Bob Hoskins, followed closely by "Who Framed Roger Rabbit", which WAS a good movie. Still.....*shudders* watching it now that Mario Bros. movie depresses me to no end.

Let's see.... well, I loved the first Charlie and the Chocolate Factory movie, even if it cost like 50 bucks to make, and I concur about Fern Gully. I was obsessed with that movie for a while. And uhhh.... I'm sure there are more, but now that I'm wallowing in nostalgia I have the Fraggle Rock theme song suck in my head.

Work your cares away, Dancing's for another day. Let the Fraggles play, We're Gobo, Mokey, Wembley, Boober, Red.

I just remembered one! "Little Nemo: Adventures In Slumberland"!!! None of my friends remember that movie, but I do! When I was little, I always wished my bed could fly like his did

2001: A Space Odyssey. When I first saw it I had no real idea what was going on, but it was an absolutely breathtaking experience. It's still my all-time favorite. You're my idol. As a kid, my favorite movie was probably The Lion King or Toy Story - I guess I grew attached to them since they were my only entertainment at our summer house in my mother's old town. Good times.

When I was in preschool back in 1980, the earliest movie I remember seeing in theatres was The Empire Strikes Back....of course, to a five-year-old kid, visual stimulation outweighs the story itself.

The rest of them I watched on television.

They also made the Goombas into these weird giant reptile people, and Yoshi was a baby velociraptor, I think (Jurassic Park style). >.<
