Well if you think she's hyper in that episode, in her debut she ramps that hyperness up to 11! <Nigel>This one goes to eleven!</Nigel> ...Sorry. (Nigel said that right?)

Even if you mean Nigel Uno from KND, I don't know if he said that.
I know that 11 was used in a first season episode of PPG where Bubbles became hardcore. She snuck onto the training program and set its difficulty level to 11 and then whipped it in determination. Then when Mojo Jojo kidnapped her and attacked her with the laser to make her cry, she resisted, even when Mojo got frustrated and set the laser power level to 11.
Added in Edit 1 (9:12 PM PST): But we're getting off topic. This topic is about Goo, not something being at Level 11 out of 10.
Edit 2: Cursing goes bye-bye altogether, "hardcore" does the job well enough. Though the 2nd half of the one curse word was actually censored completely, and that half was the reason why it's profanity in the first place.

The 11 thing was originally from the classic movie "This is Spinal Tap" Here is the quote from the film... Nigel Tufnel: The numbers all go to eleven. Look, right across the board, eleven, eleven, eleven and...
Marty DiBergi: Oh, I see. And most amps go up to ten?
Nigel Tufnel: Exactly.
Marty DiBergi: Does that mean it's louder? Is it any louder?
Nigel Tufnel: Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?
Marty DiBergi: I don't know.
Nigel Tufnel: Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Marty DiBergi: Put it up to eleven.
Nigel Tufnel: Eleven. Exactly. One louder.
Marty DiBergi: Why don't you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?
Nigel Tufnel: [pause] These go to eleven. Sorry to get off topic again.... So any one think Goo slightly falling off the uncontrolled imagination wagon in "The Big Picture" is going to plant the seeds for the plot of her upcoming episode "Make Believe it or Not", if so that's some pretty good foresight shown by the writers.

I was pretty sure taranchula was referring to Spinal Tap. I just rewatched that very recently, and the very next day my brother and I were watching a MST3K where Crow used that line, and a few days later, here it was on my forum! I just thought it was significant. "So any one think Goo slightly falling off the uncontrolled imagination wagon in "The Big Picture" is going to plant the seeds for the plot of her upcoming episode "Make Believe it or Not", if so that's some pretty good foresight shown by the writers."Agreed. Though frankly I've already had quite enough of Goo. Oh well. I'm still glad she's in the series so Mac can have at least ONE human child friend.

Though frankly I've already had quite enough of Goo. Amen. I mean, it's great that Mac's got a human pal, but... eh, I dunno. I just kinda wish one-shot characters would stay as one-shot characters. Except for Jackie. He's cool.

It gives the show a sense of history, of continuity, plus it's nice to catch up with old friends and see how they're doing. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who wonders what's become of Red.

Yeah! I like references to the past one-shot characters too. Like when Mac and Bloo dug up Uncle Pockets' stuff again in StD. ^^

I wasn't thrilled with Goo's behavior in "Neighbor Pains," though. Someone should've taken her down a notch or two.

Apparently, she turned bossy and made Eduardo cry. I don't know the specifics, because I have already missed both runnings of the episode tonight because of RL problems. *coughhousematescough*
Anyway, does anybody know who said that Goo's character design is the FHFIF production crew poking fun at themselves or something to that effect? I don't know who said it and I forgot where it was said. Although it wouldn't be surprising if it's true anyway.

Geh...It's not like she's the first to make Ed cry...
And her being bossy was funny! I guess me and my Mom are the only ones who think so...

I wouldn't like it even if Bloo had made Eduardo cry, and Bloo is (in my delusions) the best. Goo just annoyed me in Neighbor Pains.
She's not the first to make Eduardo cry, but she's the least awesome, IMO....

Yells at Frankie, makes Eduardo cry, generally acts like a used-car salesman, tries to strangle Wilt... Dang, I'm thinking about that neutron weapon again...

Crud. I don't like being the minority in this case.
Ya know, this is a weird feeling. In this forum, there are probably more fans of the characters who *try* to be mean to our favorite characters than of Goo, who's just being Goo. And remember what Frankie said? "No, she's not usually like this. Usually she's crazy in a completely different way." Goo's attitude, I'm sure, was only for that episode.
*sighs* But whatever. Don't like her? It's not my business. Though, if Cassini decides to get that neutron weapon out, I'll have to stand in the way. ;D
