Yeah I like that. I suppose they don't expect people in other countries to have heard of George Herriman anyways.

Okay I read this somewhere so hopefully it wasn't on a webapage where they had their facts wrong... But anyways I read that the show creators named Mr. Herriman after George Herriman, creator of the comic strip Krazy Kat. Do a google search for George Herriman or Krazy Kat if you haven't heard of it.

A bit off topic...But I must ask if anyone here has read the Redwall series by Brian Jaques? Harriman reminds me soooooo much of the hares in the series...He's got the accent, the monicle...The whole package, it seems!

Y'know, Easter is coming up in a couple of months, and I can't help but think that chocolate rabbits shaped like Mr. Herriman would be the coolest Easter candy ever! ;D

I don't like Herriman DD:!!!! What's not to like? He's smart, amusing, cultured, has high standards, is disciplined and organized, and is well spoken. And let us not forget that it was Mr. Herriman who said, "I dislike you with great intensity", one of the greatest lines of the entire series.

And let us not forget that it was Mr. Herriman who said, "I dislike you with great intensity", one of the greatest lines of the entire series. And, possibly, ever.
